We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our fast-paced call center team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, liaising with external providers, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities

Travel Coordination: Organize employee business trips, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Vendor Management: Serve as the main contact for external vendors, negotiating contracts and managing orders and payments.

Calendar Management: Maintain executives' calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating both internal and external appointments.
- Administrative Support: Handle daily tasks like filing, answering phones, and preparing reports and presentations.

Team Support: Assist the call center team with projects, manage office supplies, and coordinate events and training.

Expense Tracking: Monitor and report departmental expenses, ensuring budget compliance for trips and vendor contracts.
Must Have
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a call center or similar fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium

- Experience with call center operations.
