Customer Service Representative
What you ´ll achieve
As a Customer Service associate you will be able to solve customer questions and complaints by acting as the trusted advisor; you will be the voice of the customer. Through calls you will need to record all our customers interactions provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods. Your focus will be on delivering a positive customer experience and build customers trust during each interaction.
Essential Requirements:
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Flexible to work in different shifts, adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to handle higher contacts during the peak seasons.
- Solves problems for customers with challenging expectations (often escalated or irate).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Meet KPI metrics the organization requires.
