Outbound Sales Agent

As an Outbound Sales Representative you will be the key point of contact between the company and clients. Your main responsibility will be to meet sales goals set by the management and provide superior customer service to customers via outbound phone calls at a number of unique touchpoints to increase the customer experience and overall customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

• Reach out to customer leads through outbound calling.

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Requirements and skills

• At least 1 year’s previous experience providing sales support in a contact center or similar environment.

• Strong understanding of our clients’ competitive landscape and excellent negotiation skills where the outcome is win-win, both strongly preferred.

• Has basic computer troubleshooting skills; familiarity with contact center applications and MS Word products a major asset.

• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
